We are seeking a highly skilled VMWare vRA automation developer with expertise in VMware vRealize/Aria Automation (vRA), infrastructure automation, orchestration, and configuration management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with VMware vRA 8.x, VMware vRO, Ansible along with the ability to design, develop, and manage automation workflows in a hybrid environment. This role will involve working with cross-functional teams to optimize and modernize our IT infrastructure through automation, integrating vRA with ServiceNow, and other enterprise platforms.In this role you will:

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain VMware vRealize Automation (vRA) and vRealize Orchestrator (vRO).
• Develop and maintain cloud templates (formerly Blueprints), custom workflows, and automation scripts within vRA and vRO.
• Integrate vRA with ServiceNow, IPAM, Ansible, Rubrik, Illumio, GitHub for end-to-end automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to vRA, vRO, and integrated automation components.
• Enhance Day 2 automation within vRA using vRO workflows, Ansible.
• Develop and manage Ansible playbooks and roles for automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Github.
• Ensure idempotency and efficiency in automation scripts to maintain a stable infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain automation for Windows, IIS, MSSQL, MSSQL Cluster and Linux server provisioning and security configurations
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using Ansible and vRA Cloud Templates.
• Develop Java Script, PowerShell scripts using version control in GitHub
• Work closely with DevOps teams to optimize automated infrastructure deployments.
• Ensure all automation and infrastructure configurations comply with security best practices (CIS Benchmarks, NIST, etc.).
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC) with vRA
• Integrate security and compliance checks into Ansible playbooks.
• Work with infrastructure, security, and application teams to gather requirements and build automation solutions.
• – Create and maintain technical documentation for automation workflows, configurations, and best practices.
• – Provide training and knowledge sharing to internal teams on vRA and Ansible automation.

• 5+ years of experience in vRealize automation(vRA) and development, specifically vRealize/Aria
  Automation (vRA) 8.x and vRealize Orchestrator (vRO).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ansible and Ansible AWX for automation and orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, and vCenter automation.
• Experience integrating vRA with ServiceNow, IPAM, Rubrik and third-party APIs.
• Strong experience in PowerShell, or Java scripting.
• Experience working with Git (e.g., GitHub) for version control
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with strict security and compliance requirements.
• Experience with automated provisioning of MSSQL, MSSQL clusters blueprints (Cloud templates)
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration
• Experience with Jenkins, Terraform, Nexus, Rubrik, CyberArk, CI/CD pipeline is a plus
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.  “
