Role: End User Services Digital Experience Developer

Position Summary.

The End User Services Digital Experience Developer will be responsible developing and enhancing platforms to support digital experience process and automation needs.  This role will have development responsibility over an expanding toolset to deliver best in class end user solution reporting to the Digital Employee Experience Lead.

The candidate will have a combination of development capabilities and the ability to work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to determine feasibility and to deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities.

  • Design technical solutions and implementations of strategic solutions for the End User Service organization
  • Working with both functional and technical teams through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions for the ServiceNow Service Catalog and AI/Chatbot solution
  • Partner with the Service Catalog manager to address key needs including form design and flow/integration building.
  • Partner with Digital Experience team to develop integration solutions supporting business needs.
  • Develops solutions using JavaScript, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, JSON, Python

Skill and Qualifications.

  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with REST APIs and integrations across multiple complex systems
  • ServiceNow Certified Developer.
  • Understanding the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions, including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPS.
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office productivity Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc) and presenting solutions to leadership
  • Understanding of the SaaS (software as a service) business & technology model
  • Demonstrated self-direction and attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment with short deadlines
  • Strong organization and process improvement skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with machine learning and natural language understanding a plus
