• Lead and manage MDM projects: Oversee the design, implementation, and integration of Informatica MDM solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and timelines.
• Data Governance & Quality: Ensure data governance policies, data quality rules, and master data standards are implemented in alignment with business requirements.
• Informatica MDM Development: Design and develop MDM solutions using Informatica MDM (Hub and Analyst). Manage the data model, data governance, and integration frameworks.
• Informatica PowerCenter: Lead and optimize ETL processes for integrating data from multiple sources to the MDM system using Informatica PowerCenter.
• IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services): Implement cloud-based data integration and management solutions using IICS. Collaborate with cloud and on-premises data integration teams.
• SQL & Data Analysis: Utilize SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation. Analyze large volumes of data to identify patterns, data issues, and optimization opportunities.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with business users, analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of developers and analysts, providing mentorship and guidance in technical aspects of MDM, data management, and project execution.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify and resolve technical issues related to MDM processes, data loads, integration, and performance optimization.
• Documentation & Best Practices: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation. Promote and adhere to best practices for data integration, security, and governance.

• Informatica MDM: Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM (Hub, Analyst), including configuration, data model design, and workflow management.
• Informatica PowerCenter: Expertise in developing and optimizing ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter.
• IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services): Experience with IICS for cloud data integration, management, and monitoring.
• SQL: Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation across relational databases.
• MDM Concepts: In-depth understanding of Master Data Management concepts, data governance, and data modeling.
• Data Integration: Solid experience in integrating data across various platforms and databases.
• Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues in data integration, ETL processes, and MDM workflows.
• Team Management: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of technical professionals.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical teams, business users, and management.
